ONE YEAR GUARANTEE
1. After receiving balance, puppy will be shipped, preferably with non-stop flight to most major cities.
2. Puppy will arrive healthy and well socialized with all health records. Puppies that are shipped will have had a complete veterinarian examination.
3 We guarantee puppy for one year
4. If the animal is cared for in any way which would be detrimental to its health, seller has the right to reclaim the animal at the expense of the buyer.
5. Deposits are a commitment to hold a puppy for you and are NONE REFUNDABLE. Buyer can move a deposit to a different litter if need be, or if female that deposit is placed on doesn't take, you will be moved to the next available litter.This could take up to a year, as females only come in two times per year
6. If a pup has to be replaced you keep the first one at no additional cost the first dogs papers to be returned, and you pay shipping on the new replacement. You must have a vet letter to confirm the problem, the only thing guaranteed is something genetic, we do not guarantee reproduction problems, skin problem, we only guarantee against crippling hip dysphasia, and we only except Penn hip testing, and a video to verify that the dogue has a visual problem
7. I have the right to one free breeding to show males that are sold, most often we never take one, unless something were to happen to one of our stud males, that would sire the litter, we would like this breeding to keep those lines alive within our kennel.
8. When buying a show pup you are not required to show, this pup unless that is agreed upon prior to sale.
9. If you purchase a pet it shall be neutered or spayed, and there is a one year health guarantee on pets.
10. If for any reason you must place your dog please contact us first.
All disputes arising from this transaction shall be litigated in the venue where this contract was entered into. This agreement, for venue purposes, will be deemed to be entered into within Texas County in the city of Houston, Missouri, unless expressly stated to the contrary within the actual agreement.
